"Bought tires for my Ducati 1200 R here. Called and spoke with Raymond who said they'd install them $25 per rim.. Went over tires and order etc. Was very happy... All week no call when order had arrived Tuesday.. On Thursday when I finally called to see what was going on..Raymond quickly explains they do not install the tires and that I would have to take off rims and bring to them in if I wanted done... I do not have stand and made sure they installed before buying... These guys are the worst and caused me a huge headache and to miss bike week while I was unable to get tires installed... Go to Ducati 128, Seacoast Ducati or any other shop than these guys unless you want to have horrible experience. "

"This is the second time I've gone to Cycle Gear for equipment. I went back, because I got such excellent customer service the first time. All my future cycling needs will be taken to Cycle works. We dealt with the same person I did on my first visit and he was awesome! (I'm sorry I do not know his name) He was so knowledgeable and helpful and told/gave us our options but didn't try to push the most expensive equipment on us. Did I say he was great! He made our shopping experience a pleasure instead of a chore! Plus, on Saturdays, he brings in his dog, who is wonderful!"
"The guys at Cycle Gear (Woburn, MA) were great. I had to return riding pants I had purchased on-line. First they performed the transaction and then helped me find another pair that fit. Because the pants were very expensive, I wanted to make sure the return was going to to through because I had no proof of return. They answered all of my questions and informed me that I’d get an email confirmation of the return. Another gentleman helped my husband and I pick out helmets suitable to our needs. I was happy to see that the return had gone through before I had even arrived home. Our new helmets arrived tonight! Thanks everyone for the above and beyond service. "
